The Preliminary round of the 2DMax will begin in a few hours.
You may still sign up for the tournament up until December 15th.
Currently there are around 40 Registered members in the tournament, but this number may increase.
Anyways, here are some specs.
Servers: You may use your own Servers or we will provide servers for you. There are currently 6 dedicated servers allocated for the tournament, 2 from [TGV], 2 from wF, and 2 more from Roni. If you would like to donate a dedi or a part-time server, we would appreciate it greatly
Preliminary Rules:
You may challenge anyone or any team
You may challenge the same person or team more than once, but challenges have to be at least 3 days apart for the same set of players
You may request for the Rcon if no Moderators are available for the round
You may use custom Buyscripts but such actions must be consulted and agreed upon by both players
You may request to disable the FOW (on by default) and the Bomb (on by default) but such actions must be consulted and agreed upon by both players
You may not Hack or use any Macros while in the round.
Until Further revision, such are the provisions of the Preliminary round. Only 8 Players in the 1v1 and 2 teams each from the 2v2 and 3v3 division will advance to the finals.

Players who are interested should go on the clan websites forum, go to the TGV website and apply. if you want 2v2 2 players must agree to partner up and be able to turn when the matches are arranged, 1v1 anyone is free to jump into those, as for 3v3s i think it would be best to leave those unless there are three players that can partner each other and be able to make it to the arranged matches. So my idea is for people to choose who they will be partners with for the 2v2s, and these 2players will have a team name and one of them must be the team captain. The same goes for 3v3, 3players will have a team name and one player must be the team captain.
These teams will effectively remove the ineffective .:Wu|| Squads as the new wu squads and there will be teams for 3v3s and team for 2v2s.
The team captains have the responsibility of reporting all their matches onto this website, and telling us any other information they have about the tournament.
i would advise players not to join these tournaments unless you are very confident and you are going in there with a plan tactic or strategy, because the other teams will do so. It would also be useful to practise anything with each other in training by using empty servers or by getting someone to make a server for you. Dont discuss your teams in this thread, start a new thread to discuss teams, only post teams you have created here. feel free to ask questions though.

these teams do not have to be map based sorry i forgot to say, it can be anyone in general, it would be helpful if they were in a similar timezone so you can agree on match arrangements as well.
